4th graders are learning how visual art and music have so many connections. Wassily Kandinsky was one of the first artists to blend visual art and music together. Through our visiting author Barb Rosenstock's book "The Noisy Paintbox," students learned how Kandinsky painted what he heard. 4th graders listened to music and painted what they heard to experience abstract art for themselves. |
